How Many Verses in the Grace Bible?

Writing a verse-by-verse study Bible takes time. Like climbing a big hill, it’s helpful to look back once in a while to see how far you’ve come.

Since launching the first installment five years ago, the Grace Bible series has grown steadily:

At the end of 2023, the Grace Bible covered a little more than 400 verses. Since then, we have quadrupled that amount.

Five years ago, there was no Grace Bible. Now, more than half of the New Testament epistles are covered in the Grace Bible series. We have study Bibles for Romans, Galatians, Ephesians, Colossians, Philippians, Philemon, James, 1-2 Peter, 1-3 John, and Jude, plus all the parables of Jesus.

We can hardly rest on our laurels. There is still a long way to go. But we are making good progress and that’s exciting. As far as I’m aware, The Grace Bible is the first study Bible that provides a grace-based interpretation of Scripture.

If you’re excited about our progress and want to see more, here are five ways you can help without spending a penny:

  • forward this email to someone who needs a grace-based study Bible
  • put a link to the Grace Bible on your ministry/church website
  • post a customer review on Amazon or Goodreads (or both!)
  • quote the Grace Bible in your newsletter or podcast
  • share the Grace Bible trailer with your church/small group/FB profile

Thank you for sharing the journey.

Paul
